Form mixture into small balls or patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper


Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to help the falafel hold its shape


Preheat oven to 375F 190C


Spray the falafel lightly with cooking spray or brush with olive oil


Bake falafel in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy
